Tart with pear and chocolate jam

ingredients: 100g of butter, 100g of sugar, 200g of flour, 3 eggs, vanilla essence, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1 / 2 sachet of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of rum, 2 tablespoons of coffee for the size, for the pan, butter and flour.
